Launched in October 2024, it features 16 cores and 32 threads, with a base clock speed of 4.2 GHz and the capability to boost up to 5.0 GHz, depending on workload demands. Manufactured on a 4 nm process, the EPYC 9175F offers 512 MB of L3 cache. It supports DDR5 memory across 12 channels, with speeds up to 6000 MT/s, providing substantial bandwidth for data-intensive applications. The processor also supports 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes, ensuring high-speed data transfer capabilities.
